I’ve spent over a decade supporting people through trauma and healing—first as a mental health therapist, now as a nervous system educator and guide for helping professionals.

In community mental health, I gave everything I had—until I realized I was fading in the process. I was helping clients regulate while quietly ignoring my own dysregulation.
An out-of-country move forced me to pause. And in that stillness, I finally listened to my body—and it had a lot to say.
That pause led me to somatic tools like therapeutic yoga, EFT, breathwork, and mindfulness—not to fix myself, but to feel again.
And I realized: this is what clinicians are missing.
Space. Support. Regulation. Care.
I created this so you don't have to wait for burnout to get what your nervous system has been asking for all along.
